Book title: The art of prayer
Author: Timothy Jones
It is a misconception that we have to pray in certain way in order to be correct. I once heard a comment said by a leader to her disciple that her disciple has grown in the way of praying. You can’t decide how mature a Christian is in praying because praying is personal. It is built on your relationship with God and how you communicate with God. Don’t change how people pray because prayer is meant to be a way of communication with God and it CAN differ for individual. No two person talks exactly the same way. Same goes for prayer.
Prayers made simple. Good example will be psalms 5:3. Need no big words to make it sound correct. If its from your heart, words will naturally come out right.
